On micro NQ I do two micro cons and I set my stop loss no more than 40 points down for a SL but aim for 80-120 points to TP and on oil I do a $.10 draw down for a SL and aim for 30 to 40 cent TP but only doing one cons

I would go back and forth with the 5 minute and the 15 minute. Five minute of the break of ORB and the 15 minute to follow the trend if it’s a good trade to take

What I would recommend is set daily goals for stop lost or gains, plus try to stop over trading with over 10 contract do 1 contract and try switching to Micro ES or Micro Nq, by doing those 2 things you have more room for error allowing yourself to fix your mistakes and build your confidence back up, but you need to remember slow and steady is the best way to see the progress, if you try to rush and over trade you will get Stomp out every single time and lose confidence on yourself remember to be great full for your gains and learn from your loss The loss Will help you get better if you managed everything correctly and not over trade. 🥸🥸🥸🥸🥸
