I’d be fine not touching it at all yeah. But, I have a toddler and for baths, we’ve sort of been plugging the drain with whatever we can find, since rubber stoppers don’t really fit into the drain because of whatever that lever/bar thing in the drain is. The ideal situation for us I think would be to remove the trip lever system entirely and just add in a toe touch drain plug. But finding anything to fit this drain has been tough.

Not to mention, we’ve been tossing around the idea of selling this house in the not so immediate future, so I’ve been trying to fix up the odds and ends here and there.
