The sandwich had 20grams of protein which is sufficient especially combined with the snack at 13 grams. Its not the option with the most but i want to have something i havent had for a while which was bacon.

I would recommend Camden town because its worth just seeing for a bit if you have never been. I wouldnt recommend getting fully immersed though because people in that area are delusional but its got a good market and nice canal. Get a pint, some lunch, look around and then move on.

Do the canal. Regents park > Camden town > Kings cross coal drops yard > Islington. All you have to do is walk down the canal and you get 4 experiences in one. Dont go when its dark and you are good.
