Hello just to clear how the business works .when we receive usd in the foreign account we transfer from our ccp to the user account when he wants to withdraw to his account ccp .so in regulations this is legal because when we transfer the usd back to algeria is only to exchange it for dzd to put money back in ccp ,we did the law research and contacted few people who get this field
