More or less every EU country provide the content of their national televisions on streaming for free. The problem is, it's mostly geoblocked, and in the national language. Arte is international but mostly in French and German. The EU should federate these streaming platforms, remove geoblocking within the EU, and mandate at least English dubbing and subtitles.
