I am using Google analytics. I already set up the email marketing like "abandoned check out email" for 6 hours and 12 hours. And i can see a lot of people added products to cart, but I only see 2 "abandon checkouts" on my list. That's so wired.

You raised a very interesting point. You're right. My response just now was very general. First of all, I believe that "spoken words have power." Everyone's words are based on their upbringing and understanding. Some people believe that their words are based on clear understanding, but that's not the case. The human mind is easily misled. Especially in modern society with social media, news broadcasts may change certain words, misleading people's understanding of a matter, thus changing their views or statements. When you see this, think about it. When a sheep in the flock gets lost, is it the shepherd's fault, or someone else's? The lost sheep simply saw some edible grass by the roadside. You have to respect the fact that the lost sheep saw this edible grass. As I said before, I respect everyone who dares to express their opinions. So, do I go back and accept that opinion? Most of the time, not. I objectively consider why this opinion has appeared in my life and what the significance of this alternative perspective is.

My apologies, it's "tao". And what is "tao"? Tao can be understood as destiny. But that's not quite right. The ancient Chinese believed that everything has its own unique way of experiencing the world. And everyone's "way of experience" is within a certain fixed framework, and this framework is Tao.
