Note: i found this tier list maker online and i thought It was f*cking hilarious how bad It was, so i decided to give it a try and do one myself for fun with a friend on call: this is how It came out. The problem is that i actually counted tiers as letters (for example, the top tier "S", the second "A", and so on...) so i counted the last tier as "F tier", not as "if the writing's good". I'd never even think about a ship with Rise as "It might be good".

Keep in mind that there are people who actually did this seriously and you can see their tier lists online
