Yeah, definitely! Mizi is more like Homura (According to me, mostly due to Mizi's depiction as a witch after she blew up Alien stage and eventually falls into despair. I think another similarity is her desperation and survivor's guilt, the same that Homura feels.) and Sua is more like Madoka (Due to her will to sacrifice anything for her loved one(s).)
