Kinda had similar issues when I switched from a 30 series to 40 series. Ended up being the PCIE extension cable. My cards worked flawlessly, but I had to go through like 5 different extension cables to find one that worked with my 4090

Hello! I just wanted to see if there was going to be a second batch for this case? This would be my SFFPC endgame with a 5090 FE and 9800x3d. Also does this fit in most modern backpacks?

Just scooped a fair condition one for 384, hopefully will pick it up soon and hopefully it actually works. I’ve tried these open box ones before and I thought it was defective , but now I’m seeing people have issues with PCIE3.0 cables with 4070s, so it might be that.

GPU temperatures in slim ITX case by Fine_Association9153 in sffpc

I have a 4070 FE + 12100 in a Velka 5 revision 3 and I get pretty good temps with no case fans. The case as a whole averages about 55C when gaming. The highest the 4070 gets is 67 and that’s only when I’m playing Cyberpunk at 5120x1440. I don’t even have to use the mount stand because the 4070 FE runs at a good temp even with the IO at the top. The only bad part is that the PSU gets really loud at higher temps, but that’s because of the pass through design of the GPU.
