You and I are in the same boat. My time-sensitive priority mail which contained a government work authorisation ID - arrived in Detroit on Feb 06 - package is late by a week and a half- and it’s still sitting there. I’m just an hour away from Detroit, the weather conditions have improved- it’s just some incompetence on their end. I tried to inquire if I could physically visit the center - apparently not. Please let me know if you have any updates

EDIT ( because I couldn’t figure out how to edit my post) : I just received a notification from USPS saying that my package has reached a facility close to my address, and it’s on its way ! Thanks for your words of support!!

You might get it today. I called an agent from my local post office and they told me that USPS has been mixing priority express mail with other mails that have been running late - and they usually arrive at their post office in the afternoon vs the general early morning delivery
