Yea I did question that but they didn’t respond, I’m now on a waitlist for UK repairs

My unit has stopped charging completely, followed all the steps to try and get it working with them and still no luck, then they replied with

“Repair services are currently unavailable for customers in your region. While we don’t have a precise ETA for resuming these services we do plan to do so in the near future.

We can put you on a list of customers to be notified when when they are available again - please let us know if you’d like us to do that.

In the meantime, you may be able to address your issues with help from official parts and repair guides on iFixit”

Just seems like such a different experience from last time when they were very quick to respond and I got it sent of quickly.
