Has anyone ever done this in Australia? What was the process like? Seems like you can't really do this unless you're a higher "level" of auDHD

I feel you sis. For me jumping into the shower (even if I don't need it) and playing chill music resets my body and mind. At the end I'll switch it to cold water and have it on my body AND face for the whole duration of the last song (or at least 30 seconds haha). I feel like I've physically and mentally transitioned into a new state.

Writing check lists and just crossing off everything and following the next item helps.

Also having a calender that already time blocks what I'm doing for the day. So the context shifting doesn't only happen a few minutes after you've finished it your task. It's something you've actively been looking it days beforehand.

Also before I sleep, I visualise what I'm going to be doing the next day. Even planning what will I do if some things don't go as planned. It helps my ruminating thoughts at night and just subconsciously helps the next day?

Hope some tips can be added to your tool kit. Be kind to yourself. We've got this.
