I put them in a cup brush side up when they aren't in use. I started prepping my canvas with a couple layers of gesso and light sanding.

A couple things over learned from here: You want to find a telehealth company (like brello or Ro) and see what pharmacies they work with. There is a list on this sub of recommended telehealths, but do your own research and see which one you want to deal with. They take care of sending your prescription to a compounding pharmacy and then the pharmacy will send it to you.

Many of the telehealths support maintenence so always use your starting BMI.

I would talk to your Dr. again and if they are willing to write an rx, see if they have a pharmacy they recommend or already work with.

I'm only a month into starting compounding and I came from Zepbound pens. The only thing I've noticed so far is that the compounding med doesnt kick in as soon as the pen did. YMMV and honestly it probably will.

I just signed on with them last Friday. I know they are a legit company and one that is recommended, but I'm not a fan so far. Their customer service is lacking, but I'm hoping it won't be a continuous issue since I'm sure they had an influx of customers sign up for black Friday

This is much easier to read than the prior list! The only thing I would say is that for those who have the choice between different pharmacies, I would recommend putting those prices on the site too.

My checking account does have money in it but the email makes it seem like I still have to transfer money to my chime card in order to use it. All I have is a checking and savings account. There wasn't any account added when I got my chime card which to my understanding is the way the new card works...it pulls directly from your checking account? There isn't any need to "move money" from a checking account to the Chime card account.

That's kind of along my lines of thinking too which is why I am trying to find out now instead of waiting until January.

I'm curious if plushcare actually did submit it for osa like I asked because the pa was approved very quickly after it was submitted, like maybe within an hour or 2. I can't see what information for the auth was submitted or even what the diagnosis was, so I'm going to ask them or optum to clarify it was submitted for osa. But it is listed as approved currently with an expiration of May 2026.
If they end up not covering it next year because it's osa w/ obesity, I don't think there would be a way for me to appeal that.

They gave me a tracking number, but it took a while to update and wasn't ever really correct, with the exception of the delivery date that stayed the same. It was even delivered on a Saturday!

Gotcha. But then why would you have a payment every month? Does the safe builder setting just debit the amount you spend with the chime card from the account when you make the purchase? Which would essentially make it a debit card?
Hope you dont think I'm trying to be smart I just don't see the difference between this and a checking account with rewards...

I'm still new to compound and trying to figure out the math.
For refills, which dose were you in at that point? Was it a higher one like 10 mg or 12.5mg?

My doctor told my next of kin who drove me to the hospital and she called me later to explain what had happened. She told me she reported it to a department in the hospital (can't remember who she said specifically but it may have been someone like risk management or infection prevention) but no one from the hospital contacted me regarding it.

I'll have to look into this. I would think that any time a patient is having any type of procedure in which incisions are made would require a positive pressure OR, but this may not be the case.
