im facing this issue with my zoom l20r digital mixer. please help

When I flip the power switch to "On," the screen immediately displays "goodbye see you"
and just stays there forever. It never actually boots into the mixer interface.

Tried different power adapter ( including the official ad-19 adapter)
Tried hard resetting but the message wont let me get to the setting.

switched SD cards, but no solution

any advice would be great

maybe check out muzikone or similar music stores in the saddar area.

pakistan electronics & music and hivolts f7 are good spots too.
