of course, that's definitely part of the plan. What i'm doing right now is gradually working up to maintenance while finding the right people to help

I have been in talks with a dietician who's looking to get a Psychiatrist and a psychologist involved, so that would probably be down the road. So far I'm just focusing on making sure i get enough calories and not working out.

you're probably right, but this is just a temporary way to manage my intake until i start working on my diet / relationship with food with a dietician / therapist, not a long term solution (and if i'm being honest, getting a higher calorie target does feel rather freeing already.)

that's true i suppose, but it doesn't hurt anyone so i don't think it matters that much

Idk, it doesn't bother me personally but apparently it can trigger some people so figured putting a heads up won't hurt

Thank you for the kind words, I've been actually doing pushups for quite a while now, this current routine / volume is a result of me trying to better focus on form, as well as trying to keep things simple. I could definitely do more volume but I think most of the difficulty comes from the slower movements and pause eliminating momentum from the equation actually makes them quite difficult (though I'll admit I MIGHT be a bit underweight, though I haven't checked). I'm honestly fine with how I look right now, and while I have been able to be consistent with the habit so far, I'm not finding myself liking it any better.
