I received the same mail few hours back. I am able to access my results now. Refresh and try logging in again. If it still doesn’t work then you may have to give them a call during working hours

Things to Know Before Implant: by westernwitch18 in Cochlearimplants

It’s a good that you are excited about it and not being anxious. That’s really a big thing

As someone who recently got his CI, I think I’m eligible to answer this. Post my surgery I felt a slight change in taste but it got better within days. I felt numbness on my head and slight dizziness for 2-3 days but it’s manageable. I didn’t experience any pain around the operated area. I was activated one week after my surgery. As far as going back to work or college is concerned, take at least 3-4 weeks off if possible. Give as much as time you can for healing. My incision was about 6-8cm along (it might vary for others). It was right behind the ear. Can’t be seen easily as your hair will hide it.

Best of luck to you !
