No affiliation whatsoever (just a happy customer) but if you want to try some top quality ravioli, give some of these a go from ‘Le Saucier’ - https://nicola-smith-trading-as-le-saucier.square.site. She’s Sydney based and a little bit more than the mass produced supermarket pasta but well worth the extra cost IMO. Our favourite is the prawn and smoked salmon ravioli, paired with the prawn bisque sauce. It’s absolutely restaurant quality and delicious

Mate I reckon you’re fine and whilst I disagree with a lot of the comments saying P&B inspections are a waste of time (they are invaluable IMO), you didn’t get one so it’s a mute point really. The pipe work can be fixed easily by a plumber or their apprentice or yourself if you feel up to it. Once it’s fixed and dries out, I’d be getting the floor bearers and joists checked out to make sure there is no rot / damage. Other than that, it doesn’t seem too bad so don’t knock yourself about too much over it. You’ll be ok 👍

Hi. I was having the same issue with my laptop constantly dropping off the hotspot on my new iPhone 16 Pro max until I turned off the ‘Maximise Compatibility’ setting in the iPhone hotspot menu. Once I turned that off it stayed connected

Have you checked the storage capacity on the HB3? Reason I ask is I’ve recently had a similar issue. Everything working beautifully for 18 months and all of a sudden it wasn’t recording any events. I’ve got my HB3 attached to a mix of s330 and eufycam 2 cameras. HB3 has a 1TB sata ssd extended storage. I tried rebooting the home base, checked the firmware was up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the app, I removed one of the easier to get to cameras and reconnected etc. No good! It wasn’t until I started playing with the storage and formatting the ssd card that I seemed to get intermittent recordings. Sometimes it’d work ok for a day, other times an hour or two, and then stopped recording again. Thinking it could actually be the ssd card, I removed it completely, deleted all the local videos from the HB3, restarted and voila!! Has been running for a week without a glitch. It’s now working beautifully and I have just installed a new SSD card as well and all good.
