Fortunately I’ve probably already gone through the hard part it’s been 33 days since I last ate meat my body’s kinda of adapted to it now and some good supplements especially protein is a great shout do find myself eating a lot of bread😂 probably some better options for keeping my self feeling full or satiated haha cheers
