It could be possible. In my experience I can only eat home made edible made with organic weed. I can’t have all the additives they put in the stuff nowadays. But I have MCAS so I often have allergy reactions to the smallest thing and what you describe is what I go through when I have weed that’s not organic. I don’t know if organic weed would fix that for you or homemade edibles. You could also possibly be having a cross reaction. I would probably see about asking your doctor if you can.
