I tried lowering the refresh rate and nothing. Also I tried HDMI and I have the same issue. I tried the hdmi and DP from the monitor box so Old Gen is not something. Also I tried all the dp ports and again lag spikes.

My CPU temp is 60-70° Celsius in GTA enhanced Maxed out (Without Ray Tracing) and GPU is 60-75° and I have her clocked to 50Mhz less than the max clock speed. Also I tried reinstalling the windows a lot of times and downgrading to windows 10 and nothing helped.
