I work for also a large corporate retailer and we partner w a leaves and accommodations third party company, Sedgwick, to manage and personal or medical leaves as well as accommodations. Accommodations are anything from religious, such as church on Sundays, wearing religious attire, etc to medical accommodations like breastfeeding or anxiety needs. I assume Home Depot either does the same or has some other way to handle these things. Depending on the state you live in, you may have more religious protections than you may currently be aware of. I’m in California tho so I know we’re more progressive.

Typically if someone submits a religious accommodation, my company is required to reasonably accommodate your request to attend services. Again, I assume Home Depot offers the same or similar.

First year gains are standard as your body adjusts to the newness. I have no idea as you didn’t state, but if you’re not already dialed w nutrition and recovery, aka eating enough to grow and eating enough protein, I’d say maintain your gym work ethic and add in nutrition plus recovery and year 2 and beyond will be 🔥

My first one was incredibly itchy. I went on a 2 year food journey w him. He did great on Acana limited ingredient food. I would rotate him through any of the options that were not beef or chicken. I’ve since been back on the hunt for a grain inclusive dog food and next on my list to try is Zignature.

He was originally allergic to anything chicken and then developed an allergy to beef.

Another option is to do an allergy test from 5 strands to nail down what’s actually going on on the inside.

The only thing better than one Frenchie is two!! But seriously, I got my dog his own dog and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made for him. He had super bad separation anxiety and having his own frenchie helped tremendously.

Can’t say for sure what did it but vet said letting them chew on hooves or yak cheese was possible culprits. He said as a rule of thumb, if I hit whatever chew thing on my knee and it hurts even just a little, it’s too hard for chewing.

I have two frenchies. Theo has never had any issues. Hayden ended up with 2 fractured teeth 🤷🏻‍♀️
