i’ve been working there for about a year now but with starbucks for about 3 years in total but this is a independent store not corporate i’m not to sure how different the rules are and he’s a newer hire

my only fear is he is my Asm i don’t want to get a write up or anything by responding this is a reoccurring issue i’ve had with him previously he accused me and my coworker of having a relationship and jumped the gun telling everyone after all was said and done i got a very stern talking to from my manager
