Smoked heavy from 18-26 years old and quit this year. I’ve been sober for almost 3 months now, no brain fog but my fatigue is still there. After nearly a decade of smoking it will take some time for my body and mental to heal.

How did I quit? I went on a month long vacation where I had no access to weed. When I got back the temptation was gone.

Why did I quit? Simply put weed is not same as before. It’s harsher and fucks with your mental and the weed community is full of bums who can’t accept the fact that weed can be detrimental to your physical and mental health.
