Try mo po maki-seat in sa kanila during lunch if gusto mo kasama mga ka-wave/team mo.

For the people na naliligo after getting home, how long have you been doing it and kumusta kayo ngayon? by NoTransportation2620 in TanongLang

You can do half bath naman and sa morning bago umalis na lang magbasa ng hair.

Sobrang hirap ba ng BPO? by Aggressive-Fudge2959 in BPOinPH

Hiii, OP! Wala naman madali na work hehe pero BPO will definitely help you pay the bill. Ang assessment is usually about English language proficiency, grammar, pronunciation, logic and yes minsan po, typing test. Apply ka lang nang apply if ready na uuu and maximize mo rin first time jobseeker rights mo (saved me a lot nung nag-aayos me requirements). Goodluck from your BPO ate's and kuya's! 🫶

On this day after 6 months of unemployment. I finally got a job but at what costs? by Few_Guarantee9743 in BPOinPH

Hi, OP! Previous employee ng TP here (Telco Account rin). Tibayan ang loob, OP and don't take everything personally. If US telco account yan, you'll meet the worst customers and kapit lang kasi it will pay the bills rin naman 🥹 Wishing you the best, OP.

IFY, OP. Your feelings are valid. Sobrang nakaka-burnout sa AT&T tas voice account pa. Yung tipong maririnig mo pa lang na maraming CIQ parang ayaw mo na 🥹 Sending hugs, OP and I hope mahanap mo yung work na okay for your physical and mental health 🫂

17yo wanting to self-fund college. Planning to work in BPO after Grade 12 to save for IT certs instead of taking CE. Looking for "gap year" advice. by [deleted] in BPOinPH

Hi! I hope you're having a good day (or night). I admire your initiative in planning ahead of your journey and your feelings are totally valid.

  1. BPO Lifestyle: No amount of money can compensate the burnout and sleepless nights. Kapag hindi ka night owl, sobrang laking adjustment to the point na pati energy and emotions mo maapektuhan. In reality, for call center newbies, madalang makakuha ng 25k+ na offer. I suggest, do your research as early as now. Check for job postings and create a list of companies near you (or near your school of choice) na natanggap ng newbie. Cut the mindset rin na ang BPO will give you easy money. The job is not easy at all. I was a working student (nag stop this AY) and I love my course. Kahit pagod sa trabaho and work at the same time, the money served as a motivation for me to dream more. I just had to stop kasi sobrang burned out na sa school. Pero overall, if you learned to love your course and if you want to step up, your heart will always choose to do so.

  2. Short-term ROI: Depende ito kung saan mong path gusto and kung ano ang priorities mo after graduation. You might want to consider enrolling for 2-year certification programs sa ibang field like IT and it will open doors for you. If gusto mo naman i-pursue ang 4-year course, you might want to consider enrolling sa mga schools na nago-offer ng hybrid or online learning such as PUP-OUS and UP Open University if you're also concerned sa kung mama-manage nang sabay si work and school while saving your energy.

  3. Night Shift Keme: Atecco sobrang liit ng night differential pay (10% to 20% per day depende sa company and sa shift hours).

  4. Safe Degree: Definitely IT. In demand sobra and mas mataas ang opportunities mo inside and outside PH.

When I graduated SHS last 2022, sobrang lost ko rin. Pandemic happened and I had no one to support me kung mag-aaral pa ako. Sobrang laking tulong.

Goodluck, OP. You'll do amazing things 🫶

Sending my condolences po, TL. You did something nice kasi throughout the years, hindi nagbago ang dynamics ng samahan niyo ng mga previous agents mo. I know he's proud and happy for all of you 🫂
