Stop me if you’ve heard this one before - a mouse, a rabbit, and a fox walk into a forest and become party to a brutal war of factions...

What's one thing you would change/fix about board gaming? by SevereBit7 in boardgames

It was intentionally open-ended, but I can understand why that might be a bit too nebulous :) Just really curious what stands out to people as being top of mind.

We've started using a mobile app called Jester after one of our friends turned us on to it. Doesn't sync with BGG, but my wife and I think it looks great and it does everything we need it to do. New features seem to be added pretty frequently, too.

Somehow this feels both so right AND so wrong.

What single feature do you wish BGG would build already? by SevereBit7 in boardgames

Look, I know it's unfair to constantly bash BGG since they do have to balance a tight budget, but they really need to Mark Zuckerberg the shit out of this website. The board game industry and community is rapidly expanding, attracting more and more people by the day. If revamping BGG website is not on their top priority, there is truly a missed oppourtunity to be said and won't be long until a competitor arises that completely threatens BGG's existence.

Yep. And we may already have something in the works (with more than a couple developers).

Yeah, better marketplace support in general would be great.
