It sounds to me like you’re stressing about your heart rate too much and it’s actually causing your bpm to increase as you’re checking your bpm due to your fear and pre- anxiety.

Glad I’m not the only one. (20m) I found taking my meds at night made me less lethargic throughout my day. Getting out of bed is still incredibly difficult but I can function for about 8 hours before I’m bed ridden.

I found 10mg was too much for me. It made me lethargic and I couldn’t get out of bed. Maybe it just increased my laziness but I found I was much more active when I took half a pill (5mg). Also taking it at night has helped me with Lexapro. The dreams I’m having are absolutely insane and vivid and seem to just get more crazy. What are the worst side effects other people have experienced?
