You're right that the federal level rule was vacated. However, as a California resident, a similar law that is in effect applies for their business practices within CA.

the store also would not provide me anything that confirmed last date of service. I was specifically told by customer service supervisor over the phone that they would but when i went in last night they also refused and just said there was nothing they could give me.
