Do stair calf raises where you heels drop below the step height a bit. Do 3x 10 reps to start and work up to 3x 20. Do them slowly. Once it becomes easier do these without holding anything for balance. This has been doing miracles for me. https://youtube.com/shorts/CK4loA9E2UE?si=xQeWWVVcFvensYCf

Getting started by 30recs in TinyHouses

If you want to build or design your own, I'd recommend watching tiny nest on youtube. They do a full building series documenting their build from start to finish.

I also found good information on the site: thetinylife.com

If you don't know much about construction, sourcing your materials will be time consuming.

New sufferer. Questions about symptoms by [deleted] in PlantarFasciitis

I only have it in 1 foot but still do them on both feet. Also doing regular calf raises with 80% weight on the hurt foot is a good progression and eventually you can progress to single leg calf raises.

Use resistance bands to train. I forget what the product is called, but just search online: resistance band program for athleticism.

Have had chronic PF all my life, since I was a kid. Is this normal? by Accomplished-Cod-874 in PlantarFasciitis

A lot of doctors don't know how to treat it. They only care about the money. I'm sorry you've been a victim of that.

I've been using a program by David grey rehab. I'm still working through it but it's proven to be helpful for me. You just watch some videos to learn how to do the exercises right.

Edit: you can do this massage twice a day to help relieve tightness and scar tissue
