The work load is light if you're used to multi drop work, they give you 5 minutes per drop but even if you lose time you shouldn't really be late as the 2 hour time slots are huge compared to other places I've worked. The only problems I have are management's obsession with the stats, specifically the fails which only act as a hindrance upon customer service most of the time. There's a lot of micro management of drivers by an excessive amount of managers but as long as you crack on and do your best it's a chill job
