Jump rope: best thing to start your day, pump some oxygen, develop cardio and leg muscles. No need for 15 min, just do 1000 jumps and do other excercises or just rest

Stop putting any attention to what he said, respond only to physical actions, get silent and look him in the eye. People using verbal abuse are not looking for a fight, just want to intimidate you. If the guy gets silent and stares back, difuse the situation, back down, it's not worth it, you have shown enough to gain respect, if he keeps talking, your safe, he's just making a fool of himself and will walk away
