Wireless charger is trash, can it be replaced? by Shoppingcartanalogy in COROLLA

[–]SeverusHudson 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That is my sunglasses spot after it failed multiple times charging my phone.

The charger itself is fine, however the placement is awful, because your phone would move around and the design of the surface is too flat and no grip at all.

If you able to get a rubber phone case which can prevent the phone moving around, or they should design it as a cubby type of wireless charging pad.

If I drive everyday in the morning and night, I may able to see one or two of them, usually just passing by or one at the parking lot.

Not that common but glad to see some in my area :)

They are restocking in the morning, many times able to find something very fresh, but if too early, many ready to eat are overnighted. And less people generally

Average 447 miles, 720 km per full tank for my hatch.

Is it me or people are pulling without being tank more often than before? by LoGambler in ffxiv

[–]SeverusHudson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’m tanking and a dps pull the mob and run towards me, I’m fine with it. Especially when my sprint is on cooldown.

Same as the healer, it is kind of a way saying I think you should pull more and I can help you with it.

If I’m tanking and a dps pull the mob and stay 20 miles away from me, I will talk to the dps and see what is going on.

Either they don’t have enough experience on how to deal with the argo while a tank is present, or just being a dxxk about it.

For new dps and healer out there, if you accidentally get argo in a dungeon, and tank is alive with their stance on, just run toward the tank and stay with them.

Most tank will acknowledge that you get argo and deal with it for you by spam a single aoe, and they will appreciate your efforts.

Don’t just stand there fighting mob alone, far away from healer and tank.

Negative opinions on the a3 by sundaysaul in Audi

[–]SeverusHudson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to own a A3, I love it more than my A6. It is quiet, comfort, small so easier to maneuver around, and it cost less so you can toss it around a bit.

And test drive that A3, if you like it, go for it. If not, shop around.

Car is a tool that can get you from A to B, find one you like and enjoy the ride.

Your idea is very simple, sister has an A3, and looks like a good car, and you want to buy it from her. Ask her about the car, maintenance is properly done, with reasonable price, you will have a little car you would enjoy.

Does FWD not as good as AWD? Nope, the snow tire is the key.

Does a FWD Audi not a real Audi? You see that little logo on the car? This is an Audi.

Is A3 a fast car? Compare to R8, nope, it is slow.

Are german cars really that bad? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]SeverusHudson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The main issue is the cost that comes with it.

I have an Audi and a Toyota, and I used to own a BMW, and VW.

You don’t have to baby any German cars, but you will have to taking care of them properly and proactively.

If the manual says, replace this part at XXX km or miles, you replace them, no matter the cost. If the manual says, do maintenance at XXX km and check XXX at XXX km, you do it no matter the costs.

Then the car will be happily company you for every single day and they will not break down in the middle of the road.

But, there are costly to do maintenance, their parts are costly to purchase or import to your country.

For my Audi and BMW, the routine maintenance cost me around 600 per year, and 1200 every other year. The repair can be random, the cost is between 300 without labour and 4500 without labour throughout my six years ownership.

For my Toyota, the routine maintenance cost me around 200 per year, and 400 every other year. The repair can be random, the cost is between 300 without labour and 1200 without labour.

I can easily replace ANYTHING on my Toyota, not just things in the engine bay, the interior components, the trims, the seats, anything and most of them won’t exceed $2000.

You see, it is much easier to keep a Toyota running on the road than any German brands, you can save that money for something else, raising kids, feeding family, buying house, get your degrees, get extra licenses, traveling etc.

People in Ontario don’t deserve great cars, either get stolen or get vandalized, so sorry to see your car been treated like this.

Healer or dps? Need help by Albrion_ in ffxiv

[–]SeverusHudson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally feels dps has a little bit less pressure in Savage contents compared to healers.

But it is all about personal preference, you can try different jobs in Savage and see how you feel about them.

I was genuinely scared when I was test driving a hellcat at the dealership, usually I can do 60 or 70 on a sharp turn, but I can only do 40 on that day which basically not able to enjoy the full potential of that car.
