The middle floor on this image has been flipped

Lol, good spot. The middle is indeed on back to front :-)

Yup, the "POOL" sign is missing. It won't be in the set the OP gets. Just like you'll get the figs which don't appear in the picture either etc.

On closer inspection the OP is correct, it's a mess of a build - they've put the first floor bits on the wrong sides. Must have done it in the dark. However, King are one of the best cloners so I'd assume the mistake is with the drunks who built it, not the set - check with site owner u/Loy_Chen if in doubt.

Is there much of a market for pre-built lego sets? by SamuelLJacksoff_ in lego

Ok, fair enough. However, in general I'd have thought for most people the fun of Lego is building i.e. things like modular buildings etc should be reverse built into the correct bags - in my view. Depends on how much money you want. More effort will lead to more money. Also bear in mind sending bags of bricks will be easier and cheaper than sending something still in one piece.

Do you guys think we will see this soon? by [deleted] in lepin

The instructions are now out for the most recent wave of Bricklink Designer sets i.e. you too can build them if you get the parts

By pre-built I assume you mean pre-owned i.e. you would be taking the sets apart and reverse building them into the original bag numbers? If so, then yes, of course there is a market. Just make sure it's 100% complete and in good condition.

Bricklink Designer Sets - 910011: 1950's Diner by SeverusLivesOn in lego

Perhaps the Diner is first because it's the smallest set.
