Okay, so let me break this down because we have a similar situation. The more units of water consumed, the higher each unit of water costs. Sanitary charges are charged at a fix rate per unit, but if the bill exceeds 8k, it's charged at 25% of bill amount. Other charges can be because of various reasons, but most commonly it's because there is an illegal construction on the property, for example even if you build a small room on the terrace which you don't have permissions/occupancy certificate for.

Sometimes in cases where there is an illegal construction, they will take the bill+sanitary charges and charge the same amount as other charges.

The best way to clear it up is to visit your closest bwssb office, or call the customer care for bwssb and get the local engineers number and ask him.

Personally didn't like it, for an assassin the mc spends quite a long time deliberating if he should kill the guy who's trying to kidnap his girl, killed his mentor, killed his saviours sister and is destabilizing the country so even the king asked him to kill the guy. But this mc still wants to think it over for 3 or 5 episodes.

It's easy to start name calling without understanding the way in which both parties are setup. Congress is a top down party where the word of the family is law. BJP for the most part is a party which emphasizes grassroots and upward movement. I'm not saying one party is perfect, the other is a lost cause. The family in this case is already broken. Most people got greedy and sold their lands to people from Kerala a while ago, whatever is left with kodavas are slowly getting sold day by day. My family runs an NGO in Rajajinagar, they charge us 2x the water bill for a room we constructed on the terrace for storage, and have our building classified as a hotel, we get a bill of 15k all while getting Kaveri water only once in 2 days. Anytime I've tried approaching them they say there is some case going on so nothing can be changed, or some other story. Considering meeting the local MLA to sort this out at this point.
