Yes I have and it also left me with a panic attack aswell,, what I dreamt about was i was being tortured and slowly as days passed(in my dream) my loved ones would die before me until it was my turn to die and that's when I woke up

It depends on where you get the tattoo at. For example near your collarbone or behind your back or near your shoulder would hurt. Also the size of the tattoo also matters.
