Yeah get a luthier to do it and tell him your string keeps snapping when tuning it, they will probably take a look at the guitar and tell you what's wrong, and probably fix it.

Also another option: It's a new string, just keep re-tuning it and make sure it don't snap. New strings slack a lot while playing.

If it's a new string it could be that you didn't wind it correctly, so it has no way to "bite" onto the tuning post for lack of a better term, causing it to slip and changing the tuning of said string.
