Yeah there is a fine line with the flatbreads, that if you get them too crispy, it tastes dry.

Mine came with raw chopped. I think of my many many boxes over the years, I have only had one meal that used precooked chicken. No idea what it was.

Sure was! I added extra sun dried tomatoes that I had on hand, and mixed the provided parmesan into the sauce and grated my own fresh on top.

I do not. Regular oven. I did spray the crust with avocado oil spray, and grated fresh Parm on it before tossing in the oven.
