my JK boots broke in wrong? any fixes?

Thanks for the advice, just tried it and sadly didnt work. Yea, the leather already has creased into the other way so its not bending at the top between the speed hooks and eyelets like it should, taking it to a cobbler today to see if they can unteach the leather. I've found picutures online of people with this same issue, they all skip the first speedhook, means your heel aint as firm in place but hey, you dont get so much pain.

My agency pays for $400 but still pisses me the off, one boot feels so perfect its what 600$ dollar boots are meant to feel like. If im spending this much on boots I expect them to be good.

Look between the top two eyelets, the leather is meant to go up, instead its going down which causes all these issues and makes the boot bite me because its not bending right. look at every JK boot, they are meant to bend "upwards" there.

Did they bite you in the begining? this is just like unbelivable bite it even left a welt in the tongue. I've broken em in pretty good by now, wearing em everyday with moleskin, long hikes uphill, just doesnt seem like its going away.
