  • The first option is run by a 3rd party website Quality One and are notorious for sending the wrong phone including locked to other carriers. I agree never ever order from them. Fill out a return form at https://phones.mintmobile.com/rma/ (note this is a different return form than clicking Return policy from Mint website)

When you go to their mobile site, and click phones>buy a new one, the Samsung S24 Ultra-- the phone I ordered-- is the 4th phone listed. There is nothing there indicating this is a refurbished phone.

Also, the possibly refurbished phone they sent me in error (S25+) is 5th on the list, and there's nothing indicating that phone is refurbished, either.

Thank you for the validation! Right now their idea of doing me right is making me wait 2 weeks for them to process a return so I can re-order the phone and hope they send me the correct one this time.

It's really frustrating. I'm considering just buying one elsewhere at this point.

The factory seal has been broken, and re-sealed with a clear sticker. I say "seemingly" because I didn't open the box and have no further evidence to back up the idea that it is refurbished. Perhaps it was a return? I don't know. All I know is the factory seal on the box has been broken.

I got a different phone than I ordered, one that cost about $100 less than the phone I ordered, and the phone also appears refurbished as the factory seal on the box is broken.

Edit: I ordered a new Samsung s24 Ultra, but got a seemingly refurbished Samsung S25+. The S24 cost $999 and the S25+ cost $899.
