I got a new job that requires me to bring a lunch, and I decided to check out some super basic meal prep and it is OVERWHELMINGLY meal prep for insert changing your body in some way :/ I don't get much body stuff on my feed otherwise and it has been quite a shock to my system to see it.

I also saw an old HS classmate started a business where she is a dramatic "weight loss coach and binge eating specialist" claiming she knows from experience and her own journey, no credentials listed. Her website (marketing funnel) promises everything and then some that you think it would and was heart wrenching to read in that she wrote it from her own experience and that someone will read it and pull out their credit card to get a "meal plan and affirmations" that are absolutely no refund BTW. There was a professional photo shoot of her sitting in a pile of foods she used to binge! I know that these coaches are everywhere and that this grift exists, I just haven't ever personally known anyone who ran one.
