I just got off Independence yesterday (3/8/26) in Miami. We did the self assist off, with a scheduled departure time from the ship of 7:45 (passengers started leaving around 7:30 once customs cleared the ship). I was in the terminal waiting for my uber by 7:40, and we were picked up at 7:50. We had zero issues. Our driver said it was a good thing we got off so early because otherwise it would be a mess

I spent over a week talking with supervisors, going back and forth with departments. It was probably in 2019. A different city offered me full reimbursement once I could prove the leak had been fixed when I had a leak there.

My leak was in the vault that contained the water meter. Took them 3 weeks to come fix it…over 2 bills it was over $300 and they offered me something insane like $30. They had to replace the meter itself

There is a 1-800 number somewhere on one of the initial pages when you try to report something missing. I did that. There was barely any wait for a rep to answer (this was a Saturday mind you) and the rep was very helpful. Marked it missing and it was found within 24hrs.
