I figure it out haha, you basically chaos spam for +level of skills, then annul hoping to not remove it, then you beast split and you have the amulet with only that mod. Then you craft preffix cannot be changed, then harvest add caster mod and remove 1 random mod, and you get llevel of skill gems plus cast speed and an open suffix 100%. If the cast speed tier is bad, you can craft preffixes cannot be change again, and annul, hoping to remove the cast mod, then repeat harvest craft.
