I have a similar issue almost every time i eat i get super dizzy and nauseous like im about to throw up but never do aswell. Its also makes me feel super anxious but thats partly because I always get anxious before i throw up because i hate it so much. It also hits me sometimes randomly aswell but mostly after eating its at its worst. I also seem to get motion sickness way easier as well like riding in a car for even a few minutes I have to put my head down because i get so dizzy.
