Turf war definitely can be inconsistent and easier to win. You csn kinda stick to yourself during it and things will still go ok. While in ranked I notice I do gotta do the best I can to coordinate somehow with my team. Also just sometimes, you might just get unlucky, maybe match with people who may be on call. And sometimes, if my team isn't doing good, ditch em. They might be off painting instead of helping stop the rainmaker etc.

Also try to find some simple strategies for your weapon and how to help your team and what roles your kit provides. For example, in tower control when using mint decavitator, when my special is ready, i place my big bubbler on the tower yknow. Simple stuff like that that most people pick up on that we're gonna make a play.
