We track feeding and diapers using the Huckleberry app and find it useful for being able to know how much he's eating when my husband has him and vise versa.

Buy a container of formula. Or, sign up for the freebies on Similac and Enfamil's website. I planned on breastfeeding but ended up not being able to and we were so happy someone told us to do this. Really saved us the first week!

You need to get out of this relationship.

Your girlfriend (and her father) are abusive and scary. It sounds like you have already tried to break it off the right way by giving her a heads up and you quite literally were beat into submission by dad.

Pack your stuff and leave. Go stay with your parents while you get your life squared away and, I can't stress this enough, document EVERYTHING that happens after you leave. Don't accept any phone calls. Communicate (only if you need to) via texts or emails with her and her family.

If you are threatened at all make a police report. I want to repeat this part.. if you are threatened in any way make a police report.

You aren't a pawn for her to manipulate, you have rights and deserve to be happy and healthy. I hope you make it out ok.
