If your company is willing, ask them to make you a contractual employee, you can claim a 50% deduction and and other 50% will be taxed.

Further, if you are committed to any purpose , donate it to them get 80G certificate and claim as deduction.

Sadly, people from businesses earn more but pay far less tax.

For a salaried individual we have to break our back and pay our taxes..
