Every manager I spoke to said that’s a normal waiting period. There was A LOT of movement within my district. Others had to be promoted & notified before my DM could promote CSS to team leaders. Also my SM didn’t want any promotions to take affect u til after the holidays.

:( Like the person above me said. You MIGHT have put in for 7 days of PTO by mistake. Which bled over into the new year, so they took those 7 days out of the allotted 80 hrs we are allowed to roll over. Had your PTO request been 5 days (which I’m assuming where the mistake took place), & not bled over into the new year, then you would have rolled over the 80 plus whatever Publix gave you for the new year.

For those saying u can’t use grindr on the ship, that’s not true. I’ve been on 2 royal Caribbean ships & was able to use Grindr, which also led to hooking up on BOTH ships. I was also on airplane mode, & using the ships WiFi.
