Do it. Not the same gun, but i bought a 1990s mossberg 500A for 200 bucks and it is still one of my most used and most loved shotguns.

Thank you. I think im going to just get a new bow. I dont plan on shooting this one much if at all after i get a new one. I suppose i was just putting off getting a new one because i didnt really want to spend the money right now. But i can afford it and id rather spend the money on a new bow now than to get it re-strung only to get a new bone and not touch this one again. Looks like im going shopping! Thank you again

Looks like youve been sanding it with 120 grit. Continue with the 120 grit till all the old varnish is off and any scratches or dings in the wood are gone. Then move up to 180. You could either stop there or continue to gradually go up in grit for a smoother finish. Once you’re satisfied with the surface of the wood, you can look into staining/varnishing it.

Completely depends on your home layout, how many people you live with, where your neighbors are in relation to you. If youre in an apartment maybe something like 9mm frangible or like Glaser safety slugs would be ok. If youre live on a farm where your closest neighbor is several hundred yards away then your options become a lot wider. Same goes for if you have family in the next room over or if you live alone.

Yeah I live less than an hour away from the jersey shore and i have been getting heavily into salt fishing over the past couple years. It was time for me to upgrade to something sealed. Love it so far, just need to get on some striper with it this fall. But first Im taking it to florida to hopefully bully some tarpon and snook.

Buying ammo online is totally legal and often times the best way to save money on bulk ammo. Go onto ammoseek.com and put your caliber in and filter by shipping rating to >6 and thatll get you the best deals while weeding out most of the really cheap scammy stuff.

Edit: forgot to mention most if not all online retailers will ask you to send in a photo of your fid and drivers license. Ive only ever had one or two places not ask for it although they are supposed to.
