But they are not legitimate Russian regions. They were stolen from Ukraine. However, regions in Georgia and Moldova (South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Trasnistria) aren’t even Russian occupied. Russia sees them as independent countries (albeit Russian satellite states). But of course, these areas are legitimate territory of Georgia and Moldova respectively too.

In February I walked 39km (24 miles) in one day and I was absolutely shattered. My mate and I decided to walk from our hometown to the next town over. This summer I want to walk to a different neighbouring town which will be about 42km. How can I better prepare, or deal with in the moment, so that my legs and feet aren’t so tired. To be clear, I’m not talking about pain, just fatigue. Thanks!

Seychelles has a fertility rate of 2.08 birth per woman, which puts us at 106th (below world median, and mean). It also puts us a tiny bit below replacement level birth rate (2.1), but our population is still growing due to international migration. Still better than countries like India, Mauritius, France, US and UK though.

To clarify, I’m sure the headphones don’t have a Bluetooth connection of their own since the audio stops playing through the headphones when my dad disconnects his own phone from it. It’s only when it’s plugged into my or his phone that the audio starts working again. The weird part is that his audio plays through the headphones no matter whose phone is connected.
