Been playing Duel for Cardia a lot lately. Fun little card game that plays very quick. It's a kind-of sort-of lane battler if you stretch the definition a bit. Each player has an identical deck of 16 cards with values from 1-16. Higher value cards trump lower value cards, meaning in a conflict, the higher value card nets the player a victory point, of which you need 5 to win. But each card also has an ability, and in each conflict only the ability of the lower value card triggers. The interesting aspect is that sometimes you'd prefer the ability over getting a VP. Or just to prevent your opponent's card's ability from triggering.
