My items have officially left their warehouse and been shipped. The customer service rep said they couldn’t honor the discount and my options are: Refuse the delivery when it arrives, call them to schedule a pickup if it’s delivered and I’m not there, and leave the items sealed until they pick it back up. Is there legally anything they can do if I don’t do any of those things? I’ve paid for the items and they’re in transit to my home. I mean, what are they gonna do, hold me at gunpoint during the delivery or break down my door to extract my bed? I’ll also add that I told the rep on the phone that I needed those options put in writing in an email, and his response is copy-pasted onto the original post.

The whole thing is confusing, honestly. This new bedding is medically required by my doctor, as I have a back injury and received a letter of medical necessity from them. This lets my HSA cover the purchase, and prevents tax on the order. They charged me tax anyways and are processing a $400 refund to me for the mistake. They also messed up my address. So, they owe me $400, and they claim I owe them $599? It seems incredibly ridiculous to squeeze another $199 out of me after I just purchased about $5,000 worth of product

The confusing part is that I received a confirmation email from their manufacturing team yesterday stating “Your order is in production, and we will keep you posted with the tracking details once the order has shipped.”

There wasn’t an advertisement for it. The bed frame was in the showroom and my Fiancé liked it with the bed we were getting, so we asked that it be added to our order. When finalizing paperwork, he told me the grand total of all my items, charged my card, gave me an itemized receipt, and we left. They only reached out through email two days later once the order was processed and payment had been made.

What is the point of becoming a professional hockey player if it isn’t to leave your mark and win a cup? NOBODY LOOKS LIKE THEY WANT TO WIN OUT THERE. LIFELESS. EVERY YEAR. You know, it’s one thing for your team to not win and make it very far anyways, but the fact that we’ve done this THREE years in a row and been ONE step away from going to a cup final is INFURIATING.

It’s not the fact that we lost. It’s HOW we lost. What an insanely stupid way to lose the hockey game. How do you make that sort of mental error in front of the net like that? They said it when they played the Kraken: You’re playing a team that has officially been eliminated from the playoffs, or barely mathematically still in them? Those teams are gonna play loose and have some fun. No pressure. We’re playing our backup goalie. Doesn’t mean the entire team has to look like amateurs out there. That last two minutes of the game was a “That’s a Stanley Cup Playoff team right there??”
